Introducing: OSO Cold Brew Coffee

We've spent a year testing and tweaking roasts and recipes, and finally found the oh-so-good sweet spot.

It starts with roasting a flavorful blend of Ethiopian coffees, then Seventh Son Brewing takes it from there. The coffee is brewed in an oxygen-free temperature controlled environment that keeps out the unpleasant oxidized taste that is common in so many cold brews.

The result is a clean tasting cold brew with bright berry fruit and mild chocolate flavor.

OSO is the Spanish word for bear (and the name of Seventh Son owner Collin’s oversize newfoundland mix dog who has a habit of sticking his nose into pints of cold brew for sample). Seventh Son is making the best tasting cold brew in Ohio because they couldn’t bear to brew it any other way.
